Health & Safety – COVID 19 facts

Safety of our personnel and customers is our priority. Since the first day of this pandemic, we improved our health and safety regulations in order to guarantee the maximum care. We not only comply with the current health directives but go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant and safe transfer or tour to our passengers.

All our vehicles are sanitized before leaving the garage, at the end of each service and upon returning to the garage.

Our drivers wear a protective mask and gloves. In some vehicles they are separated from customers thanks to a protective shield; protective devices and hand sanitizing gels are offered to passengers; there is also a thermoscanner able to detect customers’ temperature before boarding.

All personel is subject to PCR every two weeks, only those who have a certified negative status are allowed to drive the vehicles. 

Accomplishing the sanitary regulations the capacity onboard our vehicles is now limited to 50% of the normal capacity in order to guarantee the necessary social distancing.
